Welcome to The Womb—a monthly pause for reflection, restoration, and reset.

It’s a one-hour, cameras-off session where you can step away from pressure and expectation, and simply come back to yourself.

The name for these sessions came as The Womb. I was in one of my quarterly Strategic Alignment Days, where I spend much of the day meditating and writing and from that my strategy unfolds. I wanted to toss the name aside at first because I didn’t want this to sound too woo-woo. But as I sat with it, I was reminded that for so many of us—me included—the womb was the last place where our job was simply to be nurtured and to grow into who we were meant to be. That’s the intention of the space these monthly sessions hold.

What It Is

The Womb is a one-hour, cameras-off session for reflection, restoration, and reset. It’s not another meeting you have to prepare for. It’s not a performance space. It’s a pause in your month to reconnect with yourself—your goodness, your voice, your wisdom. Through guided meditation, gentle reflection, and writing prompts (or simply lying back and receiving), you’ll be invited into stillness and clarity.

How It Works

  • Once a month we gather online for 60 minutes.
  • Cameras stay off—so you can show up exactly as you are.
  • You’ll be guided through a simple sequence of meditation, reflection, and journaling prompts.
  • Can’t join live? You’ll receive the recording, so you can take part when it works best for you.
